It is with profound sadness that the BCCOM family announces the passing of our beloved Executive Director, Ernie Dau. Ernie has been a staple in the BCCOM world since its inception in 1985. He will be sorely missed by all of us who had the great pleasure of knowing him. We ask that everyone please respect the privacy of his family and good friends during this time.

On a personal note I want to say that I have never met a kinder, more generous, selfless man before and I am truly grateful for the years I had the honour of working with him.
